Teaching yoga is one of the greatest gifts we can give, but sometimes as yoga teachers we forget to make time for ourselves to practice. This workshop is to reignite the fire by exploring the practice in new ways, as teachers and as students. We will play with tricky poses like backbends, deeper hip opening, and inversions and discuss how to make them accessible and safe for our students. This workshop will be catered to the group based on what everyone is currently working on in their own practice and teaching.
