Join Irene for this all levels flowshop to take you deeper into your yoga practice. Starting from the ground up with pranayama and meditation, Irene will lead you through a two hour practice focused on building the strength and flexibility necessary for arm balances and inversions. Expect a sweaty practice with room to play or rest as it suits your level of experience. Come with an open mind and a towel! Irene's love for yoga is contagious; and sharing yoga with others is her purpose. Not only does she practice yoga but she studies with hand balancers, circus performers, and contortionists to expand her own knowledge and explore the capabilities of her body. Irene's classes are a unique blend of strength and flexibility, always encouraging her students to find balance in their bodies and in their minds.
