Online Handstand Intensives
I have two intensive options depending on what handstand skills you are working on. Each intensive is limited to 12 live students.
Alignment & Balance Intensive
Meets Mondays from 12-1pm EST
January 6 - February 3
Pressing & Compression Intensive
Meets Fridays from 12-1pm EST
January 3 - January 31
What’s included:
Initial assessment so Irene can cater the classes and drills to each student
5 group classes - Irene will lead each class with a general format, but give specific drills to each student based on their needs so that she is able to give everyone attention and feedback (recordings will be sent out, but the majority of the work will be done live so please plan to attend live when possible)
Personalized homework to do during and after the intensive for both strength and flexibility
Prop List: 2+ blocks, mat, wall space, long looped resistance band and small looped resistance band, blanket or towel, elevated surface like a chair, couch, or ottoman, weights/ankle weights or something to use as light weights (3-8lbs is a good start)!
