This is a special class hosted by Yoga Journal’s Live Be Yoga tour!

The class will be taught by Irene, and it will be an all levels slow flow set to music. At the end of class, Yoga Journal’s team will be handing out gift bags! They will also take a few iPhone photos and videos during the class.
