Join Sam and Irene for this intensive to deepen your knowledge of the Ashtanga Yoga primary series. Whether you are new to the practice or have some experience, this is the perfect opportunity to break down each pose and learn how to develop and expand your self practice. Learn the Sanskrit pose names, counts for sun salutations, alignment and anatomy of each pose, history of Ashtanga (including documentaries), and more.
