Black Swan Yoga
Join Irene for this two hour workshop to bend, twist, fold, and strengthen your body so that you can free the movement of your spine. Beginning with a short discussion, pranayama, and meditation, you will be guided through a vinyasa flow with pauses to breakdown different elements of backbends, forward bends, and side bends with a special focus on hip and shoulder flexibility and building spine strength. All levels welcome with an open mind.
