Join Irene for this all levels workshop focused on building strength for inversions and safely deepening flexibility.
The first hour will be dedicated to core awareness and conditioning, using drills to help you work towards a free standing forearmstand and handstand. For those that can already balance, Irene will offer more advanced drills.
In the second hour Irene will break down ways to safely deepen your backbending practice.
Irene has spent the past few years training with handbalancers, contortionists, and yoga teachers and she is ready to share her tips and tricks with you!
