Sukha Yoga Austin
Join Irene for this two hour long vinyasa class to ease you deeper into your flexibility. The focus will be on creating space and strength in your shoulders, spine, and hips in order to safely access these areas. This practice is not only about opening your body but also about creating a sense of awareness in your mind, so that your body and mind can communicate from a place of gratitude and love instead of force. Expect a sweaty practice with room to play or rest as it suits your level of experience - inversions will be offered as will modifications. All levels welcome, but being familiar with basic poses will help you get the most out of this practice.
