Join Irene for this two hour long vinyasa class to take you deeper into your flexibility. The focus will be on backbends and splits, and how to approach them from different angles depending on your body. Class will begin with a slow flow building with dynamic elements as well as static holds, and end with guided meditation. There will always be options for modifications and amplifications, all levels welcome with an open mind.
