Here you will find my February classes with options to attend live or practice with the recordings.
Monthly Special:
February Series Pass
The most access, for the best price. If you are interested in signing up for February Handstands and February Contortion AND want access to more classes this membership is the way to go.
This membership includes access to the February Handstand Series (live & recorded), February Contortion Series (live & recorded), all previous recorded monthly series, and a library of additional on-demand classes. Click HERE to check out what’s included with the libraries. ($250 value)
Class Series
Join live and/or practice with the recordings.
February contortion series: Drills & Skills - $75
This series of 4 classes will focus on building a stronger backbend practice in order to safely access deeper poses. Each class is 60 minutes long with Q&A after, and you will have the option to join live and/or practice with the recording. Recordings available until March 15th.
Expect to see a lot of strength and conditioning drills as well as specific flexibility work. Classes will alternate between focusing on "drills" and "skills". Drills focused classes will include more strengthening drills, while the skills focused classes will include workshop style break down of a variety of skills. Every class will include splits and backbends, in case you were wondering :)
Meets every Wednesday in February at 12pm EST.
Prerequisite: confidence lifting into wheel pose
February Handstand Series: Balance & Flexibility - $75
This series of 4 classes will focus on refining your handstand technique for better balance. These classes will also focus on specific leg/hip and shoulder flexibility work for effortless alignment and more efficient movement.
For those without a consistent freestanding handstand there will be an emphasis on increasing hang time without the wall, and for those with a freestanding handstand there will be more advanced options to explore (like side bends, pressing, and hollowbacks).
There will be a variety of drills both on and off the wall to cater to all students. Each class is 60 minutes long with Q&A after, and you will have the option to join live and/or practice with the recording. Recordings available until March 15th.
Every class will include a total body warm up, strength and flexibility drills, and conditioning exercises.
Meets every Monday in February at 12pm EST.
Prerequisite: 45-60+ second chest to wall handstand and the ability to jump up into a handstand even if you can't hold it long.
