Contortion: Backbends & Splits - This class already happened. to access the recording please purchase a class package.

Wednesday, September 1st at 12:00pm EDT (75 mins) - recording available until October 1st

This 75 minute long class will explore a variety of drills and exercises to help strengthen your backbend practice so you can safely explore deeper poses and movements. Class will include a total body warm up, strength and conditioning work, and specific flexibility drills. Expect to work on splits, oversplits, wheel, drop backs, and much more. Feel free to bring your requests! Irene will offer options for almost all poses, but some experience is required. This class is appropriate for those who have taken Irene's contortion classes before, or have a consistent flexibility practice. Students must be able to enter wheel pose safely in order to attend.

Contortion: Inversions & Hips - $30

Wednesday, September 8th at 12:00pm EDT (75 mins) - Recording available until October 8th

This 75 minute long class will explore a variety of drills and exercises to explore forward bending contortion (splits, middle splits, leg behind head, and more), as well as contortion style handstands and forearm stands (side bending, hollowback, splits). Class will include a total body warm up, strength and conditioning work, and specific flexibility drills. Feel free to bring your requests! Irene will offer options for almost all poses, but some experience is required. This class is appropriate for those who have taken Irene's contortion classes before, or have a consistent flexibility practice. Students must be able to safely attempt splits and handstands (with a wall is fine).

Total Body Workout & Stretch - Donation Based

Friday, September 10th at 9:00am EDT (45 mins) - Recording available until October 10th

This class is a quick but effective total body workout and is the perfect compliment to any weekly routine. Mostly bodyweight exercises, some household items used, too! Class begins with a warm up before moving into the workout, and finishes with around 10-15 minutes of stretching and mobility work. All levels welcome, plenty of options for everyone.


Handstand press class - $30

Monday, September 13th at 12:00pm EDT (75 mins) - Recording available until October 13th

This class is for those with a consistent handstand practice that are looking for drills and skills to help with pressing. Irene will introduce her favorite drills to build strength, flexibility, compression, and overall understanding of the press. Expect to visit straddle pressing, tuck pressing, split and puppy press, and potentially some stalder press, too. Irene will end class with a brief discussion on how to choose the proper exercises for your current level and creative a training program. Questions welcome!

Prerequisite: 60+ second chest to wall handstand
